Hi, I’m Heide, founder of Sunny Life.

For nearly two decades, I have trained and competed in martial arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, while studying Kinesiology in California and working as a personal trainer, later completing my Master’s in Food Innovation & Health at the University of Copenhagen.

I created Sunny Life from a simple belief: nourishment should be practical, thoughtful, and uncompromising in quality.
